I do. Well some months I do. Why do you ask?

Well, I posted on another thread but didn't get many replies so thought I'd try a new post

What happens is if I'm not having sex around ovulation, no colour at all, just the EWCM

If I have sex when I'm NOT ovulating, no colour then either..

Had a clear smear last June and no pain or anything like that..am wondering if I actually produce colour every time I ovulate (have googled this and its quite common for some women) but its only when I have sex that it shows as its ahem...disturbed...

Just wanted to find out more really. Reply on other post said it could be due to cervix being lower and softer during ovulation

I think the cervix is lower and softer during ovulation - the reason why they prefer to take smears at mid cycle is because it sheds cells at this time more easily.

I had very slight bleeding this month and it happened when I'd just been out for a run...that has happened before, after I'd been to the gym. I too was worried until I worked out that it was the exact day of ovulation.

I had smear last year too so nothing on that front.

I think its normal for some people?

Sorry, not sure if that was clear - meant that there was physical exertion (though not as localised as sex) which I feel prompted a bleed when other months I hadn't.

Its weird isn't it! TMI but had EWCM so made sure we ttc and then had the colour...only ever happens when am having sex during ovulation - not any other time - must be localised bleeding and sex (or in your case exercise) brings it on...

You shouldn't be going out for a run or the gym when you are ov'ing..you should be at home with your DH!
