Is it hereditary?

Hey all,

Whiling away the 2ww and wondering....did those of you who have LOs already experience conception, pregnancy and childbirth in a similar way to your mums/sisters etc?

My Mum and sister both found it easy to conceive, had some unpleasant morning sickness and had difficult births, dsis has one child so far, mum had two. Know "every pregnancy is different" but wondered if any patterns emerge from family stories?

My mum got pg very quickly, where as i take longer. She has never mc, i have once. We have very similar, easy births though and good size babies.

Unfortunately not. Mum had one mc at 12 weeks and then conceived 3 of us with no fuss and exactly when she wanted us. I've had an ectopic, a ds and then 3 mcs since him.

Birth-wise, difficult to tell. The way she tells it, she had some twinges pretty much on time and we arrived a little later (6 hours with my eldest sibling and 40 minutes with my youngest . I was induced with ds 2 weeks over, but still managed an fairly respectable 12 hours all told .

Similar size babies so far and we're of very similar shortarse stature.
