stimulated IUI, multiple births and PCOS

Am hoping to TTC #2 with IUI and donor sperm. #1 was natural IUI, donor sperm.

I've been to two clinics. One (far away) says I have appearance of polycystic ovaries (but hormone profile fine), and they are happy to do natural IUI (ie no drugs, no monitoring) - I just monitor my cycle, call them on day of LH surge, they inseminate next day.

Another clinic (much nearer) will only do stimulated cycles (gonal F + ovitrelle), which I understand is more risky with PCOS. Dr also said there is a 1/4 risk of twins! But they have a much higher success rate (25% vs 16% at other drug free clinic).

The higher success rate and the nearness of clinic #2 are big positives, but the risk attached to stimulation plus the many visits for monitoring (=time off work) are big negatives. Does anyone know more about stimulated cycles and PCOS? Or stimulated cycles and risk of twins? Am googling, but can't find anything evidence based on this.
