Hypno Fertility cd's any recommendations ?

I maybe mad but I am having one shot at IVF and will do just about anything to increase my chances, so i'm booked in for acupuncture and refloxology, what do we think of hypno fertility anyone ?
Have had a hypno birth and I would do that again but with more commitment and conviction next time.

I swear by both accu and reflexology (had 13 sessions accu and one session reflexology and just discovered am pregnant on 5th month ttc when I suspected it would take me 3 years!

I also had a hypno fertility cd from amazon (the one with the lucky horseshoe on) and while I woulnt recommend it because her voice is really annoying- this month was the one i made more of an effort listening to it- twice! so maybe it had an effect?

I think I'm going to use my hypno birth CD's I think to just relax me, I loved the mognan method rainbow relaxation and can recommend the course if you're interested in that sort of thing.

Good luck! But I think reflexology isn't great for the actual IVF bit as it is supposed to put your hormones back in balance etc, and of course IVF is really not about having natural balanced hormones! I had reflexology before I started taking the IVF drugs, then no more treatments until 13 weeks pregnant, and I think most reflexologists will follow this pattern.

That makes sense I haven't had any drugs yet so am hoping to squeeze a session or two in beforehand.
