Hi.
The NHS has confirmed DH needs to undergo a procedure for surgical sperm recovery / have a biopsy of the epididymis. Is there anything DH needs to do to enhance his chances of successfully finding sperm? For example, should we abstain from sex beforehand or does he need to have ejaculated within the last 7 days but not less that 2 days before the operation (as with giving a sperm sample)?
