Cheap ebay ovulation tests has anyone not ever got a positive on them

I have been using these for the last 2 months but have never seen a positive, however there has been a couple of occasions where the line has been fairly dark but not as dark as the other line.
I am getting concerned that I am not ovulating.
Anyone else had or having this problem and has anyone even fell pregnant despite never having a positive on these.

How many days are you using them for? The 1st month we were TTC I didn't get a positive until day 18 and got a BFP that month. That is quite late in the cycle IIRC.

Sorry - just so relieved there is someone else !

I had a couple of very faint pink lines but nothing else.

Did you get them from an ebay seller ?

fertility plan.
I have been using them from day 6 and my cycle varies between 26 days and 33.

Ah - mine was UK Fertility Solutions

I tested from day 6 as well. Its the first time I've used OPK's and they've just made me more anxious

Mine weren't from there, but the seller was something like Glitterbaby or similar. I liked using OPK's because I am sad like that, but I think you can normally tell just as well with the EWCM. What day did you test up until?

I've used both cheap ebay ones and clearblue digi ones, I started with the cheap ones and was so frustrated not knowing if it was a line or not I got CB digi ones the next month. When I got a smiley face (which is a + on the CB digi) I tested the same sample with the ebay ones and there was a 'darker but not as dark as the control line' line there, which previously I would have read as a -ive. Since then I have decided the CB digi ones are the only way to know for sure Having said that confirming I was ov'ing was all I wanted to know so haven't used anything since so the cost (which is ing) wasn't such an issue for me!

i got a definate positive yesterday and today... this is the first time tho. not had a positive since i started using them in oct.

Oh Thank goodness I have found this thread.

I had a M/C last month and have been testing like mad to see when I will next ovulate.

All my physical signs say I am but these cheap tests keep saying I'm not. Totally a false economy!!

Funnily just before I M/C I used cheap HPT's and they were rubbish too. Had to get a CB to find out I was PG

I'm so glad to see other people have had the same problems with them. I gave up using them altogether because I was never getting a +ve result and it was scaring me half to death! Now I just look for EWCM and my temps, and from those it seems that I am ovulating so I'm happy to just go with that for the time being.
