clearblue digital ovulation test sticks - can I use out of date sticks?

I am just starting to use the digital kit again and have some old test sticks that expired dec 08. Do I need to bin and buy more or can I use them up (unopened box).

I am planning on using test for few months to see where I ovulate in cycle (despite having dd 1 I never did manage to nail when I ovulate ). Is it ok to use these first or are they completley useless once the date is passed?

yes, you can i've been using the clear blue fertility monitor test sticks and the digital ovulation ones for the past 3 cycles with no problems. all the sticks expired in nov 08. like you i used the sticks for the 1st couple of months to check when i ovulate and i must say the results are pretty accurate-got my bfp on sun on our 1st month trying good luck!

Cates I would start a new thread if I were you. This one is really old and you won't get the advice you're after.
