I got AF 3 days early this month (unusual for me). It now appears to have stopped, usually last 7 days this one 3!

What could thi be.
Period was normal apart from the length and earliness of it.

Still feel tired all the time and had a dizzy spell a couple of days prior to AF.

Just do a test to set your mind at rest. It might be nothing but you might be pg.

Could have had an implantation bleed rather than proper period.
