Is 30 a good or bad Day 21 result?

HCA at my GPs surgery just gave me my blood results from my Day 21 test and said Progesterone level was 30, is that good or bad? The test was done 8dpo (AF came on day 10po) as the GPs was shut 7dpo.
Grateful for any info as I'm too impatient to wait til I see the GP again and get a full explanation of results.

30 is a good result.

The normal range for progesterone is 5 - 80. A day 21 level of 30 or above is ideal if you want to get pg, but many ladies have conceived on less. A day or so either side of day 21 is fine as progesterone secretion is not a sharp peak like LH its more a smooth hump.
Beware articles from the USA, their units and normal values are different from the UK.

You would look for a level of 30 or more to suggest that ovulation has occured - so it looks like you did.
