Help and advice needed for someone trying to get pregnant

My daughter lives abroad and is trying for her first baby. She's been told her eggs are not growing and for the past year has been taking tablets for this with no luck. Now on the advice of the hospital this month she is having injections. If this doesn't result in pregnancy they are thinking of coming to the UK for treatment later this year. What we need to know is what happens after you go to the doctor and say "i can't get pregnant". If anyone is in this same situation she would be grateful for any advice. Many thanks for reading. She's an older first timer at 33 yrs.

She's been trying for over a year and any treatment she has has to be paid for, which they cant really afford as the country she lives has low wages. I had no problems getting pregnant but had my first baby at 18, then at 22 and 25, although my sister couldn't get pregnant and adopted at 39 yrs.
