hello, i need some advise please

i had a missed miscarriage in dec 08 which i had to have d&c, had first period 28 days later in jan09 which seemed normal, me and my husband have been ttc and i felt that i could be pregnant, although i am now 11 dpo and starting spotting this morning which turned to light/medium bleeding, and have had cramping all day, i am unsure weather this is implantation or my period 4 days early, i have always had periods like clockwork so i am unsure. i half feel that it could be implantation but also wonder if my body is not right after my mc. i would be grateful for any advise
