OK, I know nobody can really answer me, but I am just looking for straws to clutch at!! I have a short luteal phase of around 8 days (since I have been charting, now on 7th month). I am currently 11DPO (CD31 on a normally 28 day cycle) and temperatures still high. Had a sharp one-day drop at 6DPO. The thing is, I have been testing every day since 8DPO as I 'invested' in a big pack of 'ultra-sensitive 10miu tests' (bought online). From what I have read, if I were pg, I would definitely have at least 10miu in my urine by 11DPO so I guess realistically I should give up. It's just I have never had a luteal phase this long (!), or temps this high at this point, and I know we timed BD-ing perfectly this month. My 'symptoms' are just that my usual pre-AF sore bbs didn't arrive until a couple of days ago whereas they normally greet me just after ovulation. I also have excess saliva which I know is not always a symptom, and I have felt slightly nauseous but nothing really. I am just wondering if anyone has had a false negative with a 10miu test, or taken longer to get HCG levels up... I know, I know - I am clutching at straws!! But I can't help it!! Thanks in advance.
