How many days of EWCM do you tend to get?

Bit concerned I am misreading this, but at the moment I have had 6 consecutive days of EWCM. Probably TMI but it is very thick and lots of it today. But, this seems too long doesn't it? Just wondered how many days of it others tend to get. Maybe I need to get more information on whether I am interpreting it correctly.

I probably get it for about 5 days. No idea whether it means I have a longer fertile period or not (I doubt it tbh). I think I get it just before I ovulate but ovulate for the "normal" amount of time iyswim

Oh I get one-three days if I am lucky but it is scant- I find I have less the more sex I have- how annoying is that!

5 days here and I ovulate on day 4/5 of ewcm.

Iliketosleep - I have between 5 and 7 days. Sometimes I have patches a couple of times before I ovulate. With hindsight, the day before I ovulate is usually the day with the most.

Tilly - it does possibly give you a longer fertile window since sperm can swim well in EWCM and are more likely to make it to where they need to be and to survive the process (without EWCM the vagina is quite a hostile environment for sperm). Therefore if you only get a day or two of EWCM you have less days on which the sex might do the trick. If you have a longer period of EWCM you could potentially have sex 4 or 5 days before ovulation and the sperm might survive to wait for the egg and fertilise it.

i read somewhere about 'watery' before ewcm and wonder if i am getting confused. but, and apologies if tmi, it is always clear and stretchy. just seems to increase in amount as time progresses.

thanks for posting, reassuring to know. i have a long cycle - anywhere between 32 and 38 days, so maybe that is related?

likesleep - I also have a long cycle - anywhere between 28 to 35 days! I only have the ew for about 2 days, I done the ovulating kit but I didnt get a positive and its my second month to try them. Have you ever heard of that before??, i think its weird that I have all the signs of ovulating but I must not be reasling eggs - anyone have any experience to this?
