Day 21 blood test, 5dpo or 8dpo?

I am fairly sure I ov'd on Sunday, so won't be able to get blood test 7 days post ov as GP instructed. Does anyone know whether 5dpo or 8dpo would be better in this case. i.e Friday or Monday?
