Sorry you are in this difficult position.

Came to this thread a bit late, but was going to add that you could go and get it from your doctors now and make a decision when it is in your hot sticky hand.

Glad you've made a decision. IME, the map was no bother at all, no side effects whatsoever, hope it is the same for you.
