EWCM - how many days of it is 'normal' ? (and grapefruit)

How many days do you normally experience EWCM for? And does eating grapefruit create fake stuff so to speak, or can it just enhance what you produce in the fertile time, IYSWIM

About 3 days ish.

The number of days depends on the woman.
Some people say the amount you get decreases with age, but I am in my 30s and get between 5-7 days. You have to watch over a couple of cycles and figure out what is normal for you.
