charting, im not heavily into it, but it gives a good insight into whats happening, i have been charting since may, you get an idea of when you are ovulating, and when you conceived. i have conceived twice, sadly ending in miscarriages, but its nice to look at my charts and i can see when i got pregnant.

boots do a fertility pack, (bout 12 quid) it contains a charting book and a bbt thermometer, i didnt think the book was very accurate so i use graph paper. the book explains what to do, but i got more info from the net. like i say im not heavily into it, i know a lot of women check their cm and position of their cervix. i think "fertilityfriend" not sure if thats the correct site but im sure someone will put me right if im wrong, but everything is explained on there, you can also join up and they do most of the work for you. but take it easy and try to enjoy ttc, if you are worried see your gp, how old are you?

i think you need to be patient, its nice to feel you are doing something though. not sure if your gp would do anything for you yet, but its worth a visit though. we have been ttc for 2yrs, long story, had a sterilisation reversal, didnt fall pregnant for 18months, had a hsg, fell pregnant following month, mc at 7wks, fell again 2 months later, had a mmc new years eve at 10wks. i have 4 children, ranging from 12 to 21. i was sterilised at 26, because i had c sections with all of them the hospital scared my into being sterilised, 26 is very young. met my present partner, told him i couldnt have kids and he still married me. we had to go private for the op, couldnt get it on nhs because i already had kids. so for me getting pregnant again was nothing short of a miracle. you have so much time ahead of you, dont you start worrying just yet. like i say just be patient, if you think somethings wrong then see your gp, chances are you are fine, get bding, chart your cycles, and have fun!!!!

Your right, i should just be patient but its just frustrating as i'm sure you know, fingers crossed for both of us then!
