How early on in pregnancy can you get bouts of nausea??!

Am clutching at straws here and this post will look pretty ridiculous - AF isn't even due for 5 days - but a couple of days ago I had mild bouts of nausea. They didn't last long but had them once a day over a couple of days, mostly at night.Don't seem to have them now though.
Could I possibly be pg, or am I imagining it?

I felt nauseous 4 days before my period was due with my current pregnancy. Don't get your hopes up though.
I will keep my fingers crossed for you.

Felt sick 2 days before AF was due, we weren't ttc so put the nausea down to a bug.
"Bug" turned out to be dd2.

However, when we were ttc dd1, every month I was sure that I felt "something/different/pregnant" but was just being hopeful I think as it took us quite a while.

Good Luck.

Gateau,

I started feeling really nauseas in the morning when I brushed my teeth (Was even sick a few times) about 5 days before AF was due....it turned out I was pregnant.

Good luck, but as cali says - I had symptoms (real & imaginery) every month that I wasn't pregnant too

Me too -nausea and dizziness six days before, and only 8 days (i think) past conception.
Got BFP on the day AF due...

Okay lots of positives here and I hate to be the one putting the spanner in the works but everymonth I get nausea 5days before period due and everymonth is a BFN. Apparently progesterone released by corpus luteum can cause nausea in some women.

Hope yours is a BFP though!

OP - I am in exactly the same position, didn't want to post for fear of looking daft! AF isn't due for 7 days, have had nausea on/off for a week, plus weird feelings in lower abdomen. Don't want to believe we have conceived #2 so quickly (first cycle of trying) but can't help feeling that something is going on. I'm not desperate for #2 to happen yet (in fact, getting pregnant in about 6 months time would suit me down to the ground) so why would I have imaginary symptoms?

Good luck

I'm in exact same boat. Just started trying for no 2. Have had on and off nausea for about a week. AF due next week. Now have the tiredness that I remember from last pregnancy.

I keep telling myself that this is either PMT or my body playing massive tricks on me as thought it too soon for symptoms to be showing...If I am pregnant, then I must have started having symptoms almost immediately.

Thank god I'm not alone, thought I was going mad.

Gateau, EssieW (and anyone else) - when are you planning on testing?
