how long after the "deed" does implantation happen?

me and dp BD'd last night for the since deciding on going for no2, and today i feel really weird, weird feeling in my womb (sounds strange i know, i cant explain properly) could i "know" this early? also today i had a few period type pains, but AF isnt due for another 2 weeks!!

well thats what the MW doc told me when we were trying for number 3 cos i wasnt sure of dates. might be different if you are sure of dates. maybe the cramping is ovulation?

earliest you can detect a pregnancy is 10 days after ovulation

I believe it takes longer than a day to work down the fallopian tube and do first implant in womb if the egg is fertilised though
