Did you try reflexology when ttc? Did it work/help at all??

Dh and I are ttc no.3, we have been trying for a few years now but not having any luck. I have PCOS so very irregular cycle, I have been referred to a gynacologist who is talking about clomid but I want to give it a couple more months of trying naturally!!
Have you tried reflexology to help you conceive? Or should i just get onto the drugs and get on with it??

I had reflexology before conceiving my second - we had been trying for 18 months after an ectopic. Not sure whether it helped as also had an hsg the month earlier which might have flushed out my tube.

However it was wonderful, I was fully relaxed (even fell asleep and snored at one point ) and came away feeling that I had tried to do something for myself (iyswim).

yes I did only have one session, but when I booked the first one, they advised that it could take up to 5 sessions.

I had the other ones booked, but cancelled them once I got my BFP as I didn't want to jeopardise it by doing anything!!
