to monitor my cycles so i can take it to doctors when they tell me again that thye own tlook into things etc etc

they wont look into things etc etc sorry ben jumping on my knees!!

and what exactly should i be putting on it?

i dont know about a printable temp chart but i know in boots they have a fertility diary thingy. that is the same you could get 1 of those and write everything down..

Many GPs do not take much if any notice of such charts primarily because they are so unreliable.

In your case as well I would certainly move GP practice.
