Hi

I am currently going through various fertility tests as been TTC for 18 months. I had abnormal cells at my last smear so had a colposcopy yesterday. I was told they look more moderate than mild so a biopsy was taken. I have now got a 4 week wait to find out what further treatment I will need. I just feel devastated and feel my vital parts are letting me down on my quest to be a mum.
Any advice or been in the same boat

please don't panic. please please try and rest assured that you may find you need no further treatment just to keep an eye on things.

really feel for you.

ive had two colposcopies. I think once the treatment is complete (ie they remove the abnormal cells) then it shouldnt impact on fertility.
