endo,scar,blocked tubes,dh lsc-now for no 2

hi plse come and join me in ttc my 2nd,
i had such painful periods and tried to conceive for two years went on to have a laproscopy and was told i had endometriosis, a scar and that my tubes were blocked. i paid for ivf and was about to start doing the injections lo and behold i was pregnant.
After all this i gave birth to a beautiful boy now trying to concieve no 2 my lo is 11months was advised to have 2nd one as soon as possible.
My periods are as crippling as ever so now i don't know which category i fall under.

I'm a bit similar.

Am 39 and have no DC. Have severe endo, had laparoscopy and laparotomy and still have new cysts in there now.

FSH and AMH reading are really bad, such that they won't even do normal IVF on me.

Think there is zilch chance of me ever conceiving naturally and currently waiting to see if we can do donor egg IVF
