Small bleed on CD21, Cycle 28/28 days usually?????(slight TMI)

We are on our 2nd month ttc...

I'm a bit confused today. My cycle is usually 28/29 days the least it has ever been is 26 days and that only happened the once.

I'm on day 21 today and noticed ealier today when I went to the toilet that i'd had a little bleed. I'm not sure what to think about that. Went back to the toilet a short while later and no more blood but cm was a bit streaky iykwim.

If i'm optomistic I suppose it could be an implantation bleed but isn't it too early for that? If i'm more realistic it might be my af starting very early? Anyone have any ideas? Haven't checked again since...

Ooh deffo sounds like implantation. I had a small streak of bright red blood on day 23.

Have you any idea when you ovulated? Implantation is supposed to occur around a week after ovulation, so if you ovulate Day 14-ish and have a 28 day cycle, then Day 21 is about right for an implantation bleed. Good luck!

Ooh, exciting. No idea when I usually ovulate i'm afraid. Guess i'll have to be patient. You think I should test when af due? Unless it turns in to af before then (fingers crossed it doesn't)

Try and wait if you can although I know that's hard. If that was implantation your hormone levels will be high enough in a couple of days to get a positive.

Yeah, will wait till af due I think (25th Jan). Will update you if anything comes of it

I had a small streak of red blood at 6 or 7 DPO (ovulated CD16, so it would have been day 22 / 23 I think)
