Hi can I check with the pros if I am doing everything I should be prior to ttc.
Pre preg vitamins- Check
Cut down Alcohol ? Check (Im of the one glass of wine a week after the first 12 camp, I think, may change tho)
Cut out coffee
Check immune to various illnesses- Check
Increase to 5 fruit & vedge or over, make sure correct fibre, calcium etc check.
Read the mums in pregnancy mumsnet book- im on page 118
Exercise regularly ? always have
Hubby
Reduce Alcohol ? Check
Cotton boxers ? Always has worn these
Any pointers?
