I've got the mirena, AF is messed up, should I test?

I've got the mirena coil and we're very careful but My last proper period was about the 12th November then I had half a day of hardly anything on the 15th December but then that was it and nothing since so by now I'd expect my boobs to be sore, some cramps but other than my tummy being bloated (which it has for ages) it doesn't feel like I'm about to get AF, also doesn't feel like I'm pg either (and really would hope not to be as my wedding is 9mths from now and the dress is ordered and half paid for!)

Dp thinks I should test, would you?

Anyone else with the mirena who has this?

I will test on sat (that's when I can go and buy a really cheap test) but in the meantime I'm hoping for some of you to say you have the mirena and this happens to you too? I've had the mirena nearly 3 yrs.....

I have one and almost never get a period at all, though I do get sore boobs and high levels of crankiness at random times instead...

Not having any periods with Mirena at the moment, but I am also breastfeeding.

Its quite common to have no, or very light and irregular periods with Mirena.

Is it still in? Can you feel the threads?

In the 3yrs I've had it I've always had periods sometimes they only last a few days sometimes they can last 2 weeks. It def hasn't come out.

I'm getting annoyed because I feel bloated and just want to have af so I can stop feeling like a barrel and stop being so moody tbh.

I hate the mirena but there is little choice, with the injection I bled pretty much constantly on and off (day on day off) all the time I had it (had 3 lots so was a long time) I'm hopeless with the pill because I would forget! Dp won't have the snip because he is scared of pain and is only 27 and the amount of condoms that have split and ended up with me taking map is not good either.

Fed up now....

I don't want to be pg but I do want to know what is going on and when I will stop being cranky and bloated.

Test is neg (good news!) so I'm still wondering where AF is, it's obviously mirena at work but when will my spots go, my belly stop being bloated?

With my first Mirena, I didn't have a period for 5 years, but had PMT on an accurate cycle. Now I still get PMT and zits but a day of very light bleeding
