ovulating with the flu type thing-help!!

got a positive on my opk yesterday and have been struck down with horrible viral infection,managed to bd last night,following the deanna plan (had a mc in dec) so got to do tonight and tomo too,then sat night,dh not feelin great either so wil be a bit of a struggle.wil me bein ill affect ovulation?also have been takin paracetamol and brufen,is this safe while ovulating and ttc?tryin hard not to obsess and revolve my life around gettin pg,just sacred in case i ruin my chances

i have just got a BPF today and i ovulated over xmas and boxing day, maybe few days after. I had had a virus for at least 3 weeks before and felt roug. We did the obligatory BD but had to take flu and cold remedy few days after, still got cold so has been nearly 6 weeks of feeling not 100% Oh and slipped on ice and sprained ankle last week at probably the time it was implanting. I took paracetmoal and nurofen for a headsche at probably week 3 but i think too early to do any harm. Hope that gives you hope, Good Luck x
