How do I KNOW for sure when I'm ovulating?

CD = cycle day, counting from day 1 of your period

luteal phase - the period from ovulation to day 1 of your period

Signs of approaching ovulation include increasing amounts of cervical fluid that looks like egg white and is stretchy and slippery and your cervix opening and becoming soft, high and wet.
