What are the little tips and tricks for getting pregnant?

I've had a quick browse through previous threads of the same nature but there are so many it's a bit overwhelming...

Anything you swear by? Besides the obvious practising of course...

Apparantely most women ovulate around day 14. Day one will be the first day of your period, jot this in a diary and count up the days. I am no expert but this worked wonders for us! I was pregnant within a month - two months both times. So, days 10-16 are probably the best days to try. So keep this in mind without getting too paranoid and see what happens. Obviously there are lots of technical ways to check ovulation etc etc, but start off keeping track of your cycle and fingers crossed it will work for you, best of luck Let me know if it works
