I'm 23 and we're going to try from next month. I've got a huge fear of struggling to get pregnant so just after an idea of what a realistic time scale/range would be.

Hi Etcha - I read "Taking charge of your fertility" by Toni Weschler, which really helps you to understand your body and recognise your most fertile times. I also had long cycles which were also irregular - anywhere from 30 - 45 days. I used to worry all the time about being infertile but I actually got pregnant with DS1 on the first month of not even really trying, DS2 was a happy accident after I came off the pill due to migraines and was deciding what other contraception I should use . Would def recommend the book.

Etcha - your boyfriend is spot on! What a sensible guy
Chocolatedays I'm OK - waiting on a lap and dye after having an EP in Nov, then we'll continue ttc, we're kind of in limbo at the moment (though still 'trying' naturally )Thinking we'll give it a couple of months after L&D (assuming the L&D unblocks any blockages) before going for another cycle of IVF, hopefully in the summer. How are you? What great news about Ready and Rah eh?
