Which ovulation testing kit would you recommend?

Clearblue or First Response?

I dont want to spend loads so please dont go recommending fancy £70 ones because Im not buying one like that.

Also recommendations for pg tests on the net would be good too, I spent waayy too much on tests this month, and it was all wasted

My (fertility) doctor recommended Clearblue. I bet that there isn't much difference really though.

How did you get on with it??

I found the Clearblue easy to use. I tried the digital and the regular and didn't find much extra benefit in the (more expensive) digital. I don't know if you've used them before, but you have to decide whether the test line is stronger than the control line, so it's more of a judgement call than a pregnancy test where any line is a positive. Whereas the digital gives you a smiley face for a positive, so no room for mistakes. So there's definitely more value in a digital ovulation kit than in a digital pregnancy test in my opinion.

if you want some cheap ones try ebay. I used the clearblue digital and normal and they did work but are so expensive. The ones from ebay mean you have to pee into a cup rather onto a stickbut you get about 40 for about £10 i think. My friend ordered a load and got pg so gave tem to me so i have a mssive bagful to keep me going. they do work as i had pos on them at the same time as the clearblue as i tested them against each other. Also my friend used them and got pg first month.
