Boost uterus lining?

I mc a couple of months ago but bleed even less than AF- then this month, AF stayed for a day with some spotting after. Now I am afraid I mc/can't become pregnant because of poor uterine lining, so the egg hasn't got anything to implant into- does anyone know what I can do to build up a better lining?

Hi Comma - Are you sure that AF wasn't an implantation bleed ???

I've been told that drinking lots of milk helps build up a nice thick lining

Thanks Joolsiam! No such luck as implantation bleed, I tested. Several times.

Will do with the milk. Milk and Walnuts, I've heared so far. Isn't going to be a very slimming treatment but here goes.

Brazil nuts are full of selenium which I think is supposed to be helpful in building up the uterus lining. Not sure re walnuts.

I think vits with Q10 are also supposed to help.

After MC it can take a while for periods to get back to normal. I had a couple of very light ones after an ectopic. If it goes on like this for a couple more periods perhaps see the GP but otherwise try not to worry too much.

Its just that af never seemed to get back into ful swing since dd was born. First I figured it was the bf, but have stopped several months now.
