How can I check if I am ovulating if I have no periods?

My periods have not returned since I had DS 14 months ago. I am still bf him. Would like to start ttc again and am wondering if I am even ovulating or not. How can I tell? Do I need to start taking tempratures? Is that the best way? I didn't have to do it the last time as I got pregnant straighta away.

You will have to track your cervical mucus.
