Apparently....
Once youve had sex & your partner doesnt pull out straight away then when he does you lay across the bed with ur legs up on the wall (90degrees!) and wait awhile before going to the toilet, youve more chance in getting pregnant?!!

Ive read this a few places and thinking back this is what i did on the night i think i got pregnant (unplanned)
I dont normally lay like this lol but remember waiting for the bathroom & was really hot so as the wall was cool ended up in the position!!!
Very strange how these things work

i think this sort of position can help..although i have read that a illow beneath your botom afterwards for 5 mins is adequate...too much of an angle can your cervix is tipped back and the sperm may miss it....all swings and roundabouts i guess...

The acid in the pee kills off the sperm or something. I've never done the legs up the wall thing, but have also heard that.

AttilaTheMeerkat · 22/12/2008 19:58

Legs up against the wall post intercourse is a myth. Enough sperm will get to the cervix from where they won't escape.

CoteDAzur · 22/12/2008 20:01

Acid in pee can only kill sperm that is outside your body. Or do you believe pee goes up your vagina and in the cervix?

littleboyblue · 22/12/2008 21:39

No, I don't believe that pee travels up the cervix, I am not an idiot.

I heard some women should lie on their front, those with a tilted Uterus.

Not sure if it's just all myths but we all try anything when we are TTC. If it makes you feel good do it, it's not going to hurt is it
