Flying Long-Haul in 2WW....Any experiences?

I had a mmc in Sept and had medical management as treatment for it. Medics told me to wait 3 months before ttc again. Finally the 3 months are coming to an end (yay!).

Me and DH are going to India in 10 days where we hope to do a lot of BD! However we are due to fly back home again during our 2ww and was wondering if the fact that we are travelling quiet a bit might have any affect on beanie sticking (thats if we are successful in the first place).

Would love to hear from anyone who have any advice or experience, negative or postive.

I haven't flown longhaul, but weirdly I have been on a plane to or from Spain in my 2ww twice, and both times I got pregnant.
The two facts are probably unconnected, but still...

Who knows...

The first time I had conceived about 5 days before we went on holiday and the second time I conceived while we were away.

I like to think there is something scientific to it - like a change in air pressure that causes implantation - but I am making that up!

Must go book another flight...

I would have believed you about the air pressure bit if you hadnt added that you made that up!

I flew from Jamaica to Miami to London to Bangkok and then to Phuket all while I was about three weeks pregnant with dd1, and then flew back to London again at about 6 weeks. She is now a very healthy 3-year-old. I don't think flying (longhaul or not) has any adverse effect on whether a beanie sticks or not. Go for it - it'll be fun to tell him/her where s/he was concieved one day....Good luck.
