Could i be pregnant?

Hi,
I had an erpc on 17th Nov. Have been getting positive HPT until this morning until i got negative. However, we have been TTC for the last 2 weeks. My boobs were sore during previous pg but stopped being sore after ERPC however in last week they have been unbelievably tender. I also have had lower back pain and moody! This morning i had a pale pink discharge and have been wondering if it could be an implantation bleed - i know its extremely hopeful thinking but it just feels like my pg symtpoms have returned? Do you think i could be pg again or is this just my AF returning??
My AF would be due sometime next week so im thinking that if i tested next wkend (provided no AF) it could show positive???
Any thoughts???

Yeah, defo do another test! I remember doing about 10tests when i was pg with dd! some positive some negative!

My doctors would only refer me for a dating scan once i had a +tive from a clearblue test, no other.....not sure why, but maybe try this if not?? Not sure how helpful this is, but hopefully others may have more info.

I'd say it's highly unlikely but a test would put your mind at ease.
