am i ok to take paracetamol whilst ttc?

I know its ok when pg if you have to , but am i going to spoil my chances if i take it today, when I am probably ov-ing?
full of cold, have tried a saline spray for my nose but sinuses hurt and throat is very sore.

Paracetamol is fine afaik.

Hi olivo - paracetamol is definitely fine. I was told to take it when I was having mc, before they knew that it was definitely an mc. Also read somewhere that you should take it if you have a temperature when pg as a fever can be damaging.

thanks Issy, for your reassurance there. - i remember about the fever when pg thing;i had flu when i was pg with dd and dr said def take it. Fortunately, this is just an ongoing painful thing, touch wood.
took some last night and at least it meant i could sleep a bit.
