ovulation rage!

I don't get pmt but do seem to get a day or so of 'ovulation rage' the day before ovulating. We are ttc and this doesn't really help in terms of getting that lovin feeling. Anyone else get this?

Also, I seem to be doing a 12 hour shift on the exact day we are supposed to be bd. Its now been 4-5 months and embarrassingly, its the practicalities of having enough sex which seems to sometimes prove tricky. Am I
a) alone?
b) mad?
c) both?

Would try and desist from thinking about it being ovulation time - it is all too easy to get the date wrong. Timing of intercourse can be a very bad idea, make love when you both feel like it regardless of whether you think its ovulation time or not. You need to take the pressure off. Making love two or three times a week throughout the cycle is okay.

Ovulation is not an exact science and it can occur earlier, later or not at all in any given cycle.
