natural ways to increase fertility?

I am a namechanging regular for obvious reasons

Hoping to have our third child, age is not on my side it has taken me 12 months to conceive and I have conceived first time. I have also had 2 miscarriages.

Please can I ask for any suggestions/links etc to point me in the direction of more natural ways to increase my fertility nothing cranky(!) diet etc OK. Have read about agnus castus and yams but totally unsure what to take/when and which dose. dp has agreed to 2 more months of trying then he feels I will be too old hence my plea for help to sort the wheat from the chaff so to speak.

In view of my new name I probably wont post too often on this thread but I will read it and lurk and be very grateful for any advice.

Okay, here's my list:

get really good at detecting your CM so as to know ovulation - even with predictors

grapefruit juice
evening primrose oil
B12
pre-natal vitamins

and maybe not so natural...
cough syrup (google conception cough syrup for the right one)
low-dose aspirin - increase blood flow to the uterus

and of course, boxers for him and no smoking for either of you!

btw,I am 43 and got pg with ds1 at age 38 and ds2 at 41 using the above. Could've been just luck but you never know.
