Luteal Phase average- 12 DPO- will this be okay?

I'm reading conflicting reports about this- some say so long as over 10DPO then pregnancy can still occur- others say under 12 is a problem. This month it was 11 days (but started spotting on 10DPO).

I am going to stick with EPO, Agnus Castus and may try Vit B6 this month. Another recommendation is progesterone cream but conflicting reports on that.

Any advice?
Thanks

My LH is only 10 days and onther mumnetters said this is OK. I tried AC this month so will see if it works. I think 12 days is fine. Not sure when you are meant to take the CD1, coz like you i can spot for couple od days and then full flow. Some pople say from the full flow but i always think if you are spotting that is AF coming, everything is breaking down so that is it, but then again i am not an expert!!

Thanks for replying- Fingers crossed a 12 day LP is sufficient then!

Yeah I am using fertilityfriend to record my data and spotting doesn't start as day 1 but if you put- light flow in it counts as CD1. I think the consensus is first day of proper flow is CD1 (but I totally agree spotting does mean everything is breaking down and should count too!). Its annoying because I never ever used to get spotting before my periods they would just start- then I started accpuncture and now my periods start with spotting. How annoying!

I'm going to go and see an NFP practitioner to see if she can suggest anything as I suspect my doctor will be useless (given that she had to google corpus luteal cyst last time!)

Ho hum!
