Has anyone been through ICIS please ?

Am heading off to our first consultation next week and wondering what to expect ?
He had a vasectomy, hence we now need help to conceive, am hoping the fact that we have children together already puts the odds in our favor, but has anyone had this work first time ?

Yes - if you are talking about ICSI, it appears to have worked first time for us! I have had 2 DC's, but this is DH's first. We discovered he had a really bad sperm count etc, so ICSI was our only option. I am now 6 wks pg, and anxiously awaiting our first scan next week! Feel free to ask any questions you like.
