HCG Injections

Hi, I've had clomid for 4 cycles and they've just decided to stop that and do HCG injections from next month. Can anyone tell me a little about these....how many? when? do i have scans? is it successful? i'm really feeling quite low about the whole thing at the mo....its just typical that we are starting injections at christmas time...but i'm not willing to wait a month...i've waited 5 years so far!

Any advice welcome ...thanks

Hi, I'm in the same boat, I did the clomid thing and it failed, I've just had my laparoscopy and dye on wednesday and have been given the all clear but I'm not ovulating AT ALL, no periods for 2 years. They want to start the injections after xmas, I'm like you, excited but scared!!!! I am so desperate for this to work, when do you start them??xx

well i'm supposed to have a consultation a week wednesday and she will show me how to do them, in preperation for when i come on next...which is dec 10th. They are saying it is unlikely that i will be pregnant this month as my endometrium is so thin....boo!!its all so frustrating!
