TTC and Ov tests....

Hi.

We're trying for number three at the moment and have bought OV testing kit to help us along the way (Clearblue Digital). So, I started testing on Day 10 as recommended and am now on day 16 and no smiley face. That's ok as my cycles seem to vary from 27 to 33 days (which is why I decided to use OV kit). My Q is should we be having sex everyday, just incase the OV tests don't work. So far have had sex days 7, 11, 14, 15 and 16 and was planning to do it daily till am sure i've ovulated. Will having sex every day mean less sperm when I eventaully ov?

My second question is that my CM doesn't seem to be increasing, could this be because we are having sex every morning - does that make any difference? Or could it be because I'm not near to ovulating yet.

Sorry for long ramble, just wanted to see if anyone had any answers?

I wouldn't have sex everyday as quality of sperm would be a bit lower. you could ov up to day 19 with 33 day cycles - i often do ov on day 19 or 20 too.

Your partner's sperm will be covering up what your true CM is, it will be hard to tell! Have you tried cervix posistion as an indicator?

every other day will be good.

Every other day would be far less exhausting, so will defo try that. No haven't tried crevix position, thought it might gross me out, but will brave it and give it a try. Thanks Scorpio1
