Hi all. I really would like TTC, but am still Bfing DS (11months) and don't know if fertility has returned yet. I had one AF and am waiting for the second. Was hopeful but BFN. Had a mc before DS, so am excited but also scared about conceiving again. Anybody care to join me on the wait?

I am ttc number 3 whilst still bfeeding ds 21mths. Periods came back when he was 12mths, but i never took notice of exact cycle length - think they were regular -ish! Had bfp in sept and mc at 5+2. Had one cycle since and am now hoping that this cycle is the one to bring me my sticky bean

Hi Ilovebeingmummy. Welcome and congratulations to Bfing DS at 21mnths. That's impressive. I am very sorry to hear about your recent mc. But it's very good that you had once cycle since,so you can start TTC again and know you are definitely fertile. It took me 6 months after my mc to get AF, that was the worst wait in my life (but that's really another topic...) Let's try and make this a slow but steady thread?! I have no idea about my cycle length, it used to be 28days, but now it's definitely longer (hence the test...).
