My lp is about 10-11 days . Is it worth taking AC to try and get it to 14 days or will it muck up my cycle? Any advice? x

Hiya

I took agnus Castus and saw my ovulation date move from day 16 to day 12. My cycle increased from 24 days to 28. However I have now stopped taking it as I have a fetility consultation in January and I want to see them with my 'normal' cycle.

a LP of 10/11 days isn't bad really so I wouldn't worry too much.
