Hi
We already have a lovely son - and would like a girl this time just for balance and this will be our last baby if and when we get pregnant, so I thought about getting this book about the Sheetles method does anyone have any experience with it?
I would also be very happy with another son.

I read about shettles and realised in retrospect, after having ds1, that we had done pretty much everything recommended to help conceive a boy. 2nd time round, I thought we would try for a dd. Tbh I wasn't very serious about it, but I did alter my diet a bit as well as following the other advice.

I'm not sure I would have stuck it past the month it took to conceive & we didn't want to know the sex. We now have a ds and dd, but of course you never really know whether it was down to chance or whether the shettles method actually influenced the outcome.

Dh says we need about 6 more to properly test it's validity .

Btw, I read about it on the internet, I didn't buy the book.
