Keep hearing about this here, but have no real idea about it's use and purpose. Looking for all your wisdom please.

I use it in an attempt to relieve the terrible breast-pain I get from days 14-28 of my cycle. I'm not sure it works, as it's still agony!

The label does say it's not suitable for use during pregnancy, so that does suggest it has some effect!
