can some one tell me the right time to test.. please

can anyone tell me the right time to do a test according to ovalation calculater i should of conceived between 7-12 oct. af was due on 23 oct, normally on a 33 day cycle. now seven days late and feeling very sickly. done a test on monday got a bfn, am i testing to early? any advise..

A doctor once told me that you should wait for a whole two weeks past the date you last bd around the day you ovulated. So if you ovulated around the 12th and bd say on the 12/ 13th wait two weeks from such date

OH just worked it out and you should of got bfp by now which test are you using, some are more sensitive than others?

i use then too, doctor said they should be ok, but some are more sensitive than others, can you get a early detection one?

The ovulation calculator may well have been wrong, since it is entirely possible to ovulate later in your cycle from time to time (and therefore to have a longer cycle).

As sperm can live for 5 days you should wait 19 days from the last time you had sex when you thought you might be ovulating and then you might get an accurate result.
