Hello.
Not posted on this topic before so hope I'm in the right place??

I'm two weeks late...always regular, no problems.

Not trying to conceive; am taking Northisterone contraceptive pill.

So here's the dilemma...did a test a few days ago as two weeks late but BFN but still haven't come on. Do I continue taking the pill as normal or stop incase I am pregnant? (No symptoms but didn't have any with last pregnancy until about 8 weeks)

Was going to do another test tomorrow but if that's negative, what do I do then??

Any opinions welcome

i would go see a doctor as soon as you can, i dont really think you have another option, sorry i realise this isnt much help!! i would stop taking the pill just incase just to be on the safe side!!

What do I say to the doctor though? Won't he just test me again?? Is there a chance I could be pregnant but it not show on a test yet?
Are some tests better than others? I just did an Asda cheapy?

Hi CJ - I found when i was pregnant i got a negative test for quite a while - it took at least a week after my period was due and then it was a clearblue one which worked - cheapie tesco one didn't pick up anything. Good luck and hope you get the result you want.

HI CJ - ditto at not getting a +ve for a while. I would stop taking pill which may bring on bleed if you are not pg, test again in a week and if still -ve see doc.

Just my thoughts HTH
