How soon did your test show positive?

It went double liner on day one of my missed period with DS but I am now 4 days late and still showed neg this morn. Have been maybe 1-2 days late before but not 4 days with no sign. Obviously have done tests every day as impatient. Did anyone else have negative tests after missed periods and then a positive? I might just be late. I have horrible feeling of waiting around for my period to arrive.

I had this same problem the other day, i kept doing tests which were saying neg bt was still not coming on then i had a really weird 2day period which was hardly even a period and normally i have VERY heavy long painfully ones so have been very worried as also feeling ill but really confused so im just taking it as im not now!!! strange

Have you done a test post period? With ds I thought I had a short period but was actually an implantation bleed (where little fella was burrowing into uterus lining). It started like a normal period but was only a couple of days and a bit lighter.

i did ANOTHER test this am and still neg.

no im on the mini pill but it was all messed up by my gp so when this all happened i thought id check so i checked in my weeks break. is that right? or shall i just check again 2 make sure?
The thing is it was my partners bday on fri so i made sure i tested before that and then went out and had quite abit 2 drink.
I dnt feel like i am tho if that makees sense! I did cz was feeling really sick, couldnt eat or stop peeing but that has eased down now!!

Not sure as far as the mini pill being involved but could affect your periods i guess. If you checked during your weeks break and have now started back on your pill then I guess you won't be expecting another period til your next break. I think some chemists do free pg tests to be sure though.

I wouldn't worry about one night out partying if you are pos. apparently most asked question during first midwife appointment. Its more regular/excessive alcohol intake during pg that is damaging.

did another test, still neg. Have been getting a few headaches and now worried there is something else wrong with me!

If you have an ectopic, that would still give you a positive pg test wouldn't it? Know I'm being paranoid about this, i even started to think it was early menopause (i'm 35).

Hi there. I got a very faint positive line cd26 (usual cycle 24-28 days) and approx 14 days post ovulation but was pretty sure I was pregnant (bloating, wind (lovely!), waves of nausea, headaches, runny nose) since ovulation really.. tho did think that perhaps might just have a strange cold! I tested almost every day from around 10 dpo as was pretty sure but only got the very faint positive on 14dpo ... hope that helps!

congratulations! i'm sure it would have gone positive by now.
